According to the related battery checkout equipments, a high and stable efficient conversion can be obtained by converting IC flake directly into battery silicon wafer. The ratio of that can reach as high as 17.5%, 1.5% higher than others.
With its development and business enlargement, Xinjinjiang has invested much more than before .It plans to produce more than 8,000,000 silicon wafers and monocrystalline silicon materials till the end of 2007 and shoot for RMB300,000,000 sales.
